Fantastic time at Leafield House. Disappointed we couldn't stay longer! My only minor complaint would be the hob was a bit fiddly but you did explain the issues well and we managed to operate it in the end.

This was the perfect house for my daughters hen weekend. The house is stunning, the kitchen is such a fantastic social space for a group of people. The Cinema room was a perfect space for both a party space and also chill out movie space. The bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully presented. The photos on line do not do the property justice , we all wanted to move in! The hot tub takes some work to get the fire going to get the water warm enough, we couldnt use it the first night as it was too cold. The owner was very patient and answered all our questions quickly during the weekend. I would recommended this beautiful house for any big gathering.

Really great place for a group of people. I'd say the listing itself doesn't do it justice. I know you're probably limited by infrastructure, but if it's possible to get faster internet that would be really good. I would also look at getting internet extenders for the further parts of the house.

Leafield House is a wonderful property. Incredibly spacious and well laid out, equally excellent for entertaining and relaxing. Its very well equipped for all ages in a lovely countryside setting. The only downside is the hot tub takes some patience and determination to get to the right temperature, but that aside Id highly recommend if youre looking for a place to stay in the area. We had the most amazing weekend with family & friends and would love to return one day.

We were 10 adults staying in December and absolutely loved the place. It seems newly decorated with everything high quality and the sofas and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the massive screen for the Strictly final, and the pool table was well used, but the hot tub needed 3 hours notice so we decided not to bother. The heating is underfloor from heat pumps and the controls in every room were a bit of a challenge, lots of button pressing on the first evening, could have done with some instructions.

We had an amazing time. The accommodation is brilliant for a large group to spend quality time together. The facilities are excellent with the quality of the kitchen amenities really enabling a great catering experience for 16 people. The cinema room was great to host a family party and we thoroughly enjoyed our large Sunday lunch all together in the large dinning room. The hot tub fitted 5 comfortably and after getting used to the wood etc was really well used. Great location and communication with the owners too. We would recommend bringing your own hair driers, an oven glove and perhaps being provided with some dish washer tablets in a starter pack. Over all though we would come back as a great place at a great price!

Absolutely stunning house! Perfect for a group of friends getaway! The cinema room is amazing and the kitchendining area is perfect for cooking and eating as a group. The host went over and above, responding to a few messages regarding where things were and even sent the cleaners to provide a hoover! The only feedback I would give is maybe start building an information book for all the questions guests ask so it saves time having to respond. We are looking to book for next year again! This is our 3rd visit to Nables Farm, we have stayed twice in the sister house the anchorage, and was fortunate enough to see the build of Leafield House. All we can say is wow what a wonderful house. So spacious comfortable and luxurious. Such a sociable kitchen dinner , lovely snug sitting room and fantastic cinema room. Plenty of room and great bedrooms, The host Martin is on hand if needed and nothing is to much trouble. The hot tub was a great hit as well. See you next year

Lovely property with great facilities and excellent location for visiting the Cotswolds. Some cleanliness issues in the kitchen drawers and oven. Disappointed there was no welcome hamper. Lack of kindlingwood for the hot tub but the owner was responsive when it was requested.As mentioned in previous reviews flys were an issue but didn't impact on our stay

We had an incredible stay at this house for four days! The facilities were amazing the cinema room was a big hit with everyone, and we spent hours enjoying the pool table. The contemporarymodern interior was stylish and comfortable, and there were plenty of bedrooms and beds for all 15 of us. The kitchen was wellequipped and had everything we needed and had plenty of space for us all to sit together for a sit down dinner. The location on the farm was lovely, giving us a nice, peaceful setting to unwind. The kids loved seeing the cows and chickens. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing evenings. The owners gave us fresh eggs on arrival, which was such a nice touch. Plus, its close to the M4, making it very convenient. Well definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

We had a fabulous time and everyone thought the property was spot on for our requirements and in a lovely setting. 10 of us for a weekend gettogether. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Martin is a great host and is on hand for anything you need. We did think it would be good to have more comfortable seating outside and possibly a firepit for the chillier evenings. Flies can be annoying, but the property is on a Farm so be prepared. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Leafield House was beautiful and spacious, and the pictures don't do it justice for how lovely it is! The kitchen was well equipped, and the owner, Martin was helpful and friendly but equally left us to it. Two small pieces of feedback, quite a bit of the kitchen equipment wasn't cleaned properly so we had to clean before using, so may be worth checking this before new guests arrive. Being on a working farm there were a lot of flies. This didn't bother us in the most part, but on the last day we had the kitchen doors open and we ended up with a fly swarm on the ceiling which we couldn't get rid of. Some citronella candles or a fly zapper may help. However, this doesn't take away from how lovely it was as a place, and we would recommend.

Fantastic property great for a family get together. The cottage easily accomodated 16 of us with plenty of rooms to socialise together or in small groups. It is located on a farm so the kids loved seeing cows and chickens and some fresh eggs!. Makes you feel nice and away from it all. It is very new so all the furniture and equipment Cooker TVs, Showers, etc are brand new and top specification. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates cutlery and all the utensils. The kids and grown ups loved the cinema room and the pool table. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and the cottage is in a great location, close to the M4 so easy to get to, but also to explore the beautiful countryside.

The house was in impeccable condition and had so much room for all of us. The location was in a lovely setting and very convenient for the towns we wanted to visit. The pictures online didn't actually do the property justice, we felt that the property was of a higher standard than the images portrayed. The arrival was above and beyond expectations with fresh eggs in the kitchen from the poultry farm, along with a barrow of logs for the wood burning hot tub which had been lit in advance of our arrival. The property was spotless throughout upon arrival from the kitchen to the bedrooms, to the brushed cloth on the pool table. The location is outstanding being completely secure and private, with short farm lane walks to the poultry farm, to the local amenities. Outstanding and worth every penny, we will be returning without a doubt.

We were a party of 14 and there was plenty of space. The interior was incredible with top of the range finishes and exquisite design. We really loved the log fired hot tub with plenty of logs to keep the tub hot. The out door area was perfect with plenty of shade. The cinema room was designed in such a way that all could participate in discussions and activities. The kitchen was well equipped and well planned. The rooms had beautiful bathrooms, some ensuite and really comfortable beds. It was a perfect destination in a beautiful area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Martin.
