Cranborne Chase Stargazer is a brand-new space-themed luxury lodge on Whitey Top Farm a working dairy farm near Pentridge in Dorset. One of just three lodges on site, it holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating and has been awarded Dark Sky Friendly status by the Cranborne Chase National Landscape International Dark Sky Reserve. On clear nights you can see the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy.

The lodge borders Martin Down National Nature Reserve with direct access to the Jubilee Trail and miles of bridleways and cycling routes. The south coast's sandy beaches and the Jurassic Coast are 40 minutes away. The New Forest National Park is just 20 minutes.

Sleeping up to 4 guests across two king-size bedrooms one ground floor and one galleried mezzanine the lodge has one bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks and a full-body shower. The mezzanine bedroom has windows perfect for stargazing. A telescope is available to hire from the owners.

Yes. Cranborne Chase Stargazer has its own private hot tub for four guests located in the rear garden. Each of the three lodges on site has a separate private hot tub so you won't be sharing with other guests.

No. The lodge is not suitable for four adults due to its size. It works best for two adults and two children or three adults the two king-size bedrooms and single bathroom make it a better fit for smaller groups.

Children aged 7 and over are welcome. Children under 7 are not accepted due to the steep open stairs leading to the mezzanine bedroom which poses a safety risk for very young children.
