It is a shame I can only give this house 5 stars, it and its owners deserve more. The property appears to have been modernised quite recently and was spotlessly clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I had mentioned that the youngest member of our party was gluten intolerant and we arrived to find that Amber had gone to the trouble of putting together a welcome pack of gluten free products and treats. This consideration and attention to detail was obvious throughout the house and has made it one of the nicest houses we have ever rented in our travels.

Absolutely fabulous house! Exactly what we wanted with the EV charger and amazing hot tub. A wonderful welcome pack was waiting for us in the kitchen, enough teabags and coffee sachets for the week. Lovely eco friendly handwash. The digital guide was so useful. Birch House is in a good location for many places. We visited Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Lacock and, of course, the lovely Corsham. We all felt at home, relaxed and slept well. We hope to stay again to visit those places we didn't get to see on this holiday.

We had a great holiday at Birch House. The house was perfect for us and we made good use of the hot tub. We were lucky with fine weather so visited lots of National Trust places nearby. Also visited Bath for the Roman Baths and afternoon tea. Corsham Park is a must see not NT and so close by. 10 minutes drive to M&S food hall was so convenient. One thing missing for us was lounge chairs in the garden, we had our camping chairs so were ok.

Such a lovely holiday home! Spotlessly clean and very wellequipped. Great communication from owner and the wonderful welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated thank you!

The house is beautiful! It had everything we would need and was clean and tidy throughout. The neighbourhood was peaceful and the hot tub was perfect. We wished we could stay longer and will definitely book again in the future!!

This house is beautiful, very clean, smelled good, looked brand new, and in a great location on a quiet street. It's an easy and lovely walk into the village via the footpath at the end of the street. The welcome pack of food in the kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Our only negative was that we were charged for a hot tub part after returning home that we are pretty sure we had nothing to do with, and they insisted on charging us. That was a bit of a sour end to an otherwise very lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Birch House. The whole experience was fantastic, from booking, to being in regular contact with the owners. The welcome hamper was amazing, and a really lovely touch with having a Wedding Anniversary card there too. The property itself is on a very quiet residential road with excellent walking access into Corsham. We visited Lacock for the day and also Bath too. As mentioned before the house is extremely well kept, and the kids loved every evening being in the hot tub. We have no hesitation in recommending Birch House, and we cannot wait to go back !

What an amazing place to stay in. Feels more like your own home than a holiday home. Everything you would need was provided and more. Plenty of room for 4 of us. We all slept so well the beds were so comfortable. I must say one of the best welcome packs provided which really helped on our arrival. We made great use of the hot tub. Great location. Highly recommend a visit to Lacock. Lovely garden centre in nearby Melksham which has amazing food. Whitehall Garden centre in Corsham has a brilliant Christmas shop. Birch House is excellent, and probably the best selfcatering property we have stayed in. Everything provided, from bedding and furniture to kitchenware, was of the highest standard and the house was spotlessly clean.

Birch House is fantastic there really is nothing you need to bring with you to start your break here the generous welcome pack left by Amber and Aaron enabled us to feed our party of 5 on the first evening thank you so much. The furniture and beds are comfortable firm and the towels big and luxurious. The house was spotlessly clean throughout. The hot tub was amazing and our party ranging from mid 50s to early teens enjoyed morning, mid afternoon and evening plunges to relax there are towels in the cupboard for this too. Our teenage children enjoyed playing the selection of games available too. We used Birch House as a base to visit Bath catch the x31 or 231 bus to avoid expensive parking and long traffic queues in to the centre you can download an app easily and pay in advance, Bristol Zoo Project, Swindon Outlet Village, Diddly Squat Farm beware the queue was 3 hours long for the shop and Corsham Village. We walked to The Great Western pub for a meal and was not disappointed. We highly recommend Birch House for any length of visit the photos, although fabulous, really do not show how amazing this house truly is. Amber and Aaron's communication from prior and throughout the visit was considerate.

Birch House is an absolute gem of a find, and as a family of 4 2 extra guests we could not find fault anywhere. It's been so well provisioned and thought out that it makes this modest sized property feel twice the size it really is. Thank you Amber and Aaron, you have obviously put a lot of thought and care into Birch House and together with a most generous welcoming pack we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent quality accomodation, really well refurbished. Good quality appliances and furniture. Hot tub was wonderful and a definite plus. Kitchen very well equipped. The beds could be been a bit more comfortable. Electric charging point was an essential for us and a key reason for booking. Electric charging was rather expensive at 50p per kWh and front drive was not so easy to park on, as it is round a tight corner. Location is good as it is walkable to the town centre. Good location for touring.

The house had everything needed to make it enjoyable. House was spotless on arrival and had lots of space to relax. Made the holiday even more enjoyable. The added bonus of the hot tub after a busy day out and about was a big plus. A great base for exploring and would definitely book again if in the area. Excellent property spacious, airy and well appointed. Every little thing for your comfort and convenience has been provided. I normally pack handwash, tea towels, oven gloves and washingup liquid. Only the last was needed. A small garden has been turned into an oasis The covered hot tub sits in a well planted area and it was lovely to listen to birdsong while relaxing. Absolutely delightful.

The house is complimented by good facilities and all in good working order. The hot tub was clean and we managed to use every day as it is covered so we enjoyed the hot tub very much.Corsham is lovely and has a lot to offer we visited different places every day and Bath is only 30 minutes away. Great base for a Cotswolds holiday. Owners live close by and left a lovely welcome basket which was very thoughtful and welcome on arrival.

We had a lovely stay at Birch House. Bed was super comfy, house had everything we could need. Went on a couple of walks around the area in between the wet weather, and took a drive over to Lacock. Also went to Lowden Farm Shop a few miles down the road which is great for supplies if you're cooking and also has logs if you need them. Ate two great meals at the Methuen Arms and Mother and Wild. The house is well situated to walk up into town. Made the most of the hot tub and log burner and generally enjoyed a really relaxing time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Birch House! On arrival there was a beautiful Christmas Tree all lit up, the property was warm and there was some goodies for us which were very much appreciated. The property is decorated to a very high standard and very convenient for getting about with local shops a short distance away! Very comfortable beds too!

Absolutely superb holiday property! I had a lovely email before arrival checking and ensuring we had all the details we needed. The facilities at the house were amazingclean and easy to use. The bedrooms were fantastic in size and it was the best holiday home we've had. Pub was only a 5 minute walk and loads of lovely field walks to take the dog within 5 minute walk as well.

We had a lovely stay at Birch House. It had all that we needed as a family of four plus a large dog. The rear area is secure so no chance of any escaping dogs or kiddies. The EV charge point was easy to use and straightforward to pay with the owners. The Hot Tub was clean and a great way to unwind after a day exploring the local attractions. We visited Corsham and Corsham Court, Bath and Lacock and dog walks from the house. There are many film and TV locations around these areas, including the Harry Potter house in Lacock. Also, if you are interested in the subterranean world then this is also a hotbed for that!

We had a lovely stay at Birch Cottage. Cottage was very well equipped, clean and comfy. The welcome tray and dog treats were a lovely touch. Friendly owner on hand if we needed anything. 10 minute walk into Corsham, which is a lovely town. Peacocks roam freely around the town! Also a short drive to Castle Coombs and Lacock, both very pretty and a must see if you are in the area.

We had a lovely week at Birch House. The house had clearly been recently renovated to a high standard. It was comfortable, well equipped, and large enough for our party of 6, including 2 young children and one dog. We really appreciated the welcome pack and the selection of games and toys. Unfortunately, the wet April weather put us off using the hot tub, so can't comment on that, though it looked great! Amber was a wonderful host, with excellent communication before and during our stay. We had an incident where our 3 year old wet the bed and Amber went above and beyond to come round and change the sheets so that I wouldn't have to deal with it myself. Small touches like this can make a huge difference on a family holiday. Corsham itself is a lovely village and we enjoyed days out in Bath, Lacock, Dyrham Park and Longleat. Overall, I would highly recommend Birch House.
